Kit Components

Components
  1. Anti- ZAG polyclonal antibody (Item N): anti-ZAG.
  2. Assay Diluent A (Item D): Contains 0.09% sodium azide as preservative. Diluent forstandards and serum or plasma.
  3. Assay Diluent B (Item E): 5x concentrated buffer. Diluent for standards, cell culturemedia or other sample types, and HRP-Streptavidin.
  4. Biotinylated ZAG peptide (Item F): 1 vial is enough to assay the whole plate.
  5. EIA Microplate (Item A): 96 wells coated with secondary antibody.
  6. HRP-Streptavidin Concentrate (Item G): 100x concentrated HRP-conjugatedstreptavidin.
  7. Note: Return unused wells to the pouch containing desiccant pack, reseal along entire edge.
  8. Positive control (Item M)
  9. Standard ZAG Peptide (Item C): ZAG peptide. 1 vial is enough to run each standard induplicate.
  10. Stop Solution (Item I): 0.2 M sulfuric acid.
  11. TMB One-Step Substrate Reagent (Item H): 3, 3’, 5, 5’- tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) inbuffered solution.
  12. Wash Buffer Concentrate (20x) (Item B): 20X concentrated solution.
