DyLight 488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) cross-adsorbed secondary antibody was used at 1: 200 dilution to detect the antigen-primary antibody complexes and the cells were counterstained with DAPI for labeling the nuclei. This Fibronectin antibody generated the expected punctate cytoplasmic-membranous staining and the signal was localized more to the inter-cellular spaces in clustered cells.")
