The cells were incubated with anti-LOX [NB100-2530] at a 1:100 dilution overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Alpha tubulin (DM1A) NB100-690 was used as a co-stain at a 1:1000 dilution and detected with an anti-mouse Dylight 550 (Red) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). ![<b>Independent Antibodies Validation. </b>Immunoprecipitation: MDMX Antibody [NB100-556] - Detection of human HdmX/MDM4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HdmX/MDM4 antibody NB100-556 (lot NB100-556-4) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. HdmX/MDM4 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NB100-556-3) and another rabbit anti-HdmX/MDM4 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated HdmX/MDM4, NB100-556 was used at 0.4 ug/ml.
