![HepG2 cells were fixed and permeabilized for 10 minutes using -20C MeOH. The cells were incubated with Ferroportin/SLC40A1 Antibody at 5.0 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit DyLight 488 (green) at a 1:500 dilution. Alpha tubulin (DM1A) [NB100-690] was used as a co-stain at a 1:1000 dilution and detected with an anti-mouse DyLight 550 (red) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). ![Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: RPE65 Antibody (401.8B11.3D9) - BSA Free [NB100-355] - Analysis of FFPE human glioblastoma tissue section using 1:500 dilution of RPE65 [401.8B11.3D9] antibody on a Bond Rx autostainer (Leica Biosystems). The assay involved 20 minutes of heat induced antigen retrieval (HIER) with 10mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) and endogenous peroxidase quenching using peroxide block. The sections were incubated with primary antibody for 30 minutes. Bond Polymer Refine Detection (Leica Biosystems) and DAB were used for signal detection which followed counterstaining with hematoxylin.
