The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:200 dilution for 35min at 4C. Control antibody (green line) was rabbit IgG (1ug/1*10^6 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.

Background

Uteroglobin, also known as secretoglobin family 1A member 1 (SCGB1A1), is a protein with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties. It is a member of the secretoglobin family, which includes small, secreted, disulfide-bridged dimeric proteins found only in mammals. Uteroglobin is a secretory protein induced by progesterone. It is present in the mucosal epithelia of nearly all organs and in many body fluids. The protein is also involved in anti-chemotactic, anti-allergic, anti-tumorigenic, and embryonic growth-stimulatory activities.
