Western Blot: TRIM9 Antibody (OTI2D6) [NBP2-03794] - Analysis of extracts (10ug) from 2 different cell lines by using anti-TRIM9 monoclonal antibody at 1:200 dilution.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: TRIM9 Antibody (OTI2D6) [NBP2-03794] - Staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY TRIM9.

Flow Cytometry: TRIM9 Antibody (2D6) [NBP2-03794] - HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpression plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-TRIM9 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

Western Blot: TRIM9 Antibody (2D6) [NBP2-03794] - HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY TRIM9 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-TRIM9.

Background

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to cytoplasmic bodies. Its function has not been identified. Alternate splicing of this gene generates two transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq].
