Flow Cytometry: TfR (Transferrin R) Antibody (040) [NBP2-89744] - Analysis of Human TFRC(CD71) expression on U937 cells. Cells were stained with purified anti-Human TFRC(CD71), then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody. The histogram were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: TfR (Transferrin R) Antibody (040) [NBP2-89744] - Staining of Human TFRC in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP2-89744 antibody (1:60) at 37c 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R) 488-conjugated goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.
