  SPATA19 antibody was used for WB (1:1000 dilution), IHC-P (1:200 dilution) and ICC/IF (1:200 dilution) applications in experiments involving control and Spata19-cKO male mice generated on C57BL6/129P2 mixed genetic background. WB analysis of various tissues such as brain, lung, liver, speen, testes and epidydmis showed that SPATA19 is detectable in testes and epidydmis only. Further, immunostainings showed that SPATA19 is restricted to mouse sperm flagella.
