Immunogen | ROR gamma (t) [del. 5-8] Plasmid |
Specificity | The ROR gamma (t) [del. 5-8] Plasmid is a mammalian expression vector construct, pCMV/hRORgamma (t) [del. 5-8], containing coding sequence of a novel isoform of human RAR-related orphan receptor gamma (t) which lacks the hingeencoding exons 5 - 8 and represses IL-17A gene transcription1 . |
Gene | RORC |
Application Notes | This product is useful for: Expression of hROR gamma (t) [del. 5-8] protein, which is a novel hROR gamma (t) isoform lacking the hinge-encoding exons 5-8, in mammalian cells. Repression of IL-17A promoter activity. Total content of 10 ug is enough for one 96-well plate cell transfection (0.1 ug plasmid per well). Recommended amount for other plate formats: 6-well plate (2 ug/well), 12-well plate (0.8 ug/well) and 24-well plate (0.4 ug/well). |
Storage | Store at -20C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. |
