Western Blot: RelA/NFkB p65 NLS Antibody (SZ10-04) [NBP2-67352] - RelA/NFkB p65 NLS was immunoprecipitated from 0.5 mg Hela whole cell lysates with NBP2-67352 at 2 ug/mL. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using NBP2-67352 at 1/500 dilution for 45 minutes at room temperature. Goat anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody was used at 1:300,000 dilution for 30 minutes at room temperature. Lane 1: Hela whole cell lysates at 10 ug; Lane 2: RelA/NFkB p65 NLS IP in Hela whole cell lysates; Lane 3: Rabbit IgG instead of RelA/NFkB p65 NLS in Hela whole cell lysates. Predicted band size: 60 kDa Observed band size: 65 kDa Exposure time: 10 seconds; 8% SDS-PAGE gel.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: RelA/NFkB p65 NLS Antibody (SZ10-04) [NBP2-67352] - Staining NF-kB p65 in NIH/3T3 cells (green). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: RelA/NFkB p65 NLS Antibody (SZ10-04) [NBP2-67352] - Analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung tissue with Rabbit anti-RelA/NFkB p65 antibody washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody at 1/400 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature.
