Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RAB10 antibody NBP3-29184 (lot NBP3-29184-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. RAB10 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RAB10 antibody Brother. For blotting immunoprecipitated RAB10, NBP3-29184 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Background
