Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PMVK antibody NBP2-59122 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: PMVK/phosphomevalonate kinase Antibody [NBP2-59122] - Detection of human PMVK by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PMVK antibody NBP2-59122 used for IP at 8 ul per reaction. PMVK was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-PMVK antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated PMVK, NBP2-59122 was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.

Background
