Western Blot: LIMD1 Antibody [NBP1-71937] - Whole cell lysate from HeLa (15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), Jurkat (J; 50 mcg) and 293T (T; 50 mcg) cells. Affinity purified rabbit anti-LIMD1 antibody used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 0.4 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. LIMD1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-LIMD1 antibody NBP1-71936, which recognizes an upstream epitope.

Background

LIMD1 is a transcriptional regulator that inhibits E2F-mediated transcription, and suppresses the expression of the majority of genes with E2F1-responsive elements. May act as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting cell proliferation.
