Disclaimer note: The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.

Packaging, Storage & Formulations

Storage
Store at -20 to -80C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Buffer
Lyophilized powder
Concentration
Lyoph
Purity
>95%, by SDS-PAGE
Reconstitution Instructions
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized hGH in 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer (pH 8.0) or 10 mM NH4HCO3 (pH 8.0). The solution can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. When diluting to below 10 ug/ml, the diluted solution should contain carrier protein (BSA or others) to avoid non-specific absorption of the hGH to plastic tubes.
