Western Blot: Galectin-3 Antibody (GT12712) [NBP3-13641] - Wild-type (WT) and Galectin-3 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Galectin-3 antibody [GT12712] (NBP3-13641) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (NBP2-19382) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Background

Galactose-specific lectin which binds IgE. May mediate with the alpha-3, beta-1 integrin the stimulation by CSPG4 of endothelial cells migration. Together with DMBT1, required for terminal differentiation of columnar epithelial cells during early embryogenesis
