• Specificity: Detects human FGF R3 (IIIb) in direct ELISAs. In direct ELISAs, approximately 25‑50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse FGF R3 (IIIb) is observed and 12% with recombinant human (rh) FGF R4 is observed and no cross-reactivity with (IIIc) isoforms of rhFGF R3 or any isoforms of rhFGF R1 or rhFGF R2 is observed.
