Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: FcgR4/CD16-2 Antibody (012) [NBP3-05890] - Staining of Mouse FcGR4 in RAW264.7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with Rabbit anti-Mouse FcGR4 monoclonal antibody (1:100) at 4? overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to plasma membrane.

Flow Cytometry: FcgR4/CD16-2 Antibody (012) [NBP3-05890] - Analysis of FCGR4 expression on Raw264.7 cells. Mouse leukaemic monocyte macrophage cell line RAW 264.7 were stained with anti-mouse FCGR4 then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody. The histogram were derived from the gated events based on light scattering characteristics of lymphocytes.
