| Reactivity | Hu, Mu, RtSpecies Glossary |
| Clonality | Polyclonal |
| Host | Sheep |
| Conjugate | Alexa Fluor Plus 594 |
| Specificity | Detects human FABP3/H‑FABP in direct ELISAs and detects human, mouse, and rat FABP3/H-FABP in Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) FABP4 and recombinant human (rh) FABP4 is observed, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat (rr) FABP1, rhFABP1, rhFABP2, rhFABP7, and rhFABP8 is observed, and less than 10% cross-reactivity with rrFABP2 and rmFABP5 is observed. |
