Western Blot: Ephrin-A1 Antibody (A7B10-R) [NBP3-32312] - Western blot analysis of Ephrin-A1 on HUVEC cell lysates with Mouse anti-Ephrin-A1 antibody (NBP3-32312) at 1/2,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins at 20 ug/Lane. Predicted band size: 24 kDa Observed band size: 25 kDa Exposure time: 3 minutes; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (NBP3-32312) at 1/2,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4C overnight. Anti-Mouse IgG for IP Nano-secondary antibody (NBI02H) at 1/5,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Background

The Eph subfamily represents the largest group of receptor protein kinases identified to date. There is increasing evidence that Eph family members are involved in central nervous system function and in development.
