Applications | WB, ELISA, Flow, IHC, IHC-P, IP |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Host | Rabbit |
Conjugate | Unconjugated |
Concentration | 0.93 mg/ml |
Immunogen | Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa surrounding Thr 2609 of human DNA-PKcs. |
Modification | p Thr2609 |
Specificity | This phospho-specific polyclonal antibody reacts with phosphorylated pT2609 of human DNA PKcs. Reactivity with non-phosphorylated human DNA PKcs is minimal. However, cross-reactivity is expected with rat, canine, chicken and equine DNA PKcs based on a high degree of homology to the immunogen sequence. |

Application Notes | IHC: NBP1-02456 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. Use in Flow Cytometry was reported in a scientific publication (PMID: 23691119). |
