DcTRAILR2/TNFRSF22 Antibody (Lucy-1) - BSA Free

Flow Cytometry: TNFRSF22 Antibody (Lucy-1) [NBP1-97591] - analysis of cells with MAb to DcTRAIL-R2 (Lucy-1). Method: HEK 293T cells were mock transfected (thin line) or transfected with an expression plasmid enabling surface expression of the extracellular domain of mouse DcTRAIL-R2 (thick line). Cells (5x10^5) were incubated on ice for 30 min. in 50ul FACS buffer (PBS, 5% fetal calf serum, 0.02% azide) containing 1ug/ml of monoclonal antibody to DcTRAIL-R2 (Lucy-1). After washing in FACS buffer, PE-conjugated antibody to rat IgG was added. Cells were incubated on ice for 30 min., washed and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
