Background

Positively regulates DVL2-mediated signaling pathways during development. Binds to DVL2 and impedes the degradation of CTNNB1/beta-catenin, thereby enhancing the transcriptional activation of target genes of the Wnt signaling pathway

Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS019) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Lower panel shows a lack of labeling when primary antibodies are omitted and tissue is stained only with secondary antibody followed by incubation with detection reagents.
