Background

Cystatin C is an inhibitor of cysteine proteases including Cathepsins B, H, K, L, and S. It is ubiquitous in mouse tissues with highest expression levels in brain.

Flow Cytometry: CRIPTO Antibody [NB100-1598] - An intracellular stain was performed on Jurkat with NB100-1598 and a matched isotype control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody.
