Western Blot: CREB3L3 Antibody [NBP2-16008] - Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CREB3L3 antibody [N1C1] diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: CREB3L3 Antibody [NBP2-16008] - A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: CREB3L3 stained by CREB3L3 antibody [N1C1] diluted at 1:500. Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:100. Scale bar= 10 um.
