1. Do you know to which part of the protein the antibody was raised against? I am guessing it has to be an internal site, as recently a paper was published using this antibody http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23299939 and they only picked up one band, despite SRAG having two isoforms.
   • The immunogen is Mouse Friend of Prmt1 C-terminus. The only confirmed isoform appears to have the N-terminal missing (Q9CY57 https://www.uniprot.org/uniprotkb/Q9CY57/entry). NBP1-96206 recognizes an epitope between amino acids 206 and 249. This is roughly the same as the antibody from Bethyl.
