Kit Components

Components
  1. Assay Diluent A (Item D): Diluent buffer, contains 0.09% sodium azide aspreservative.
  2. Assay Diluent B (Item E): 5x concentrated buffer.
  3. Detection Antibody PARC (Item F): Biotinylated anti- human PARC. Each vial isenough to assay half the microplate.
  4. HRP-Streptavidin Concentrate (Item G): 600x concentrated HRP-conjugatedstreptavidin.
  5. Note: Return unused wells to the pouch containing desiccant pack, reseal along entire edge.
  6. PARC Microplate (Item A): Coated with anti-human PARC.
  7. Standard Protein (Item C): Human PARC. 1 vial is enough to run each standard induplicate.
  8. Stop Solution (Item I): 0.2 M sulfuric acid.
  9. TMB One-Step Substrate Reagent (Item H): 3, 3’, 5, 5’- tetramethylbenzidine(TMB) in buffered solution.
  10. Wash Buffer Concentrate (20x) (Item B): 20x concentrated solution.
