BCL11B Antibody (JF09-90)

Western Blot: BCL11B Antibody (JF09-90) [NBP2-67181] - Analysis of BCL11B on LO2 cell lysates. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/500) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1:200,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: BCL11B Antibody (JF09-90) [NBP2-67181] - Staining Ctip2 in LO2 cells (red). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: BCL11B Antibody (JF09-90) [NBP2-67181] - Analysis of paraffin-embedded human skin tissue using anti-BCL11B antibody. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 5% BSA for 30 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (1/200) for 30 minutes at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

Flow Cytometry: BCL11B Antibody (JF09-90) [NBP2-67181] - Flow cytometric analysis of Jurkat cells with BCL11B antibody at 1/50 dilution (red) compared with an unlabeled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: BCL11B Antibody (JF09-90) [NBP2-67181] - Analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue using anti-Ctip2 antibody. Counter stained with hematoxylin.

Background
