Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit anti-WIZ antibody NBP2-76822 used for IP at 40 ul per reaction. For blotting immunoprecipitated WIZ, NBP2-76822 was used at 1:250. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time time of 75 seconds.
