Background

SSPN gene is expressed in a variety of tissues with highest levels in muscle, where alternative splice variants have been observed. In certain tumors KRAS2, SSPN, and ITPR2 are coamplified. The function of this gene is unknown. SSPN( NP_005077, 1 a.a. - 218 a.a.) recombinant protein with GST.
