Western Blot: SPCS2 Antibody [NBP2-59134] - Detection of human and mouse SPCS2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, 293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SPCS2 antibody NBP2-59134 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: SPCS2 Antibody [NBP2-59134] - Detection of human SPCS2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SPCS2 antibody NBP2-59134 used for IP at 20 ul per reaction. SPCS2 was also immunoprecipitated by two other rabbit anti-SPCS2 antibodies. For blotting immunoprecipitated SPCS2, NBP2-59134 was used at 1:250. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
