ROR1 (Zilovertamab Vedotin) Antibody inhibited the tumor growth of MDA-MB-231on NSG mice. The result showed significant anti-tumor effects, with an tumor inhibition rate (TGI) of 96.6% at 10 mpk.

Human ROR1 HEK293T cells were stained with ROR1 (Zilovertamab Vedotin) Antibody and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS, EC50=0.05656 ug/ml.

Immobilized human ROR1 His at 2 ug/mL can bind ROR1 (Zilovertamab Vedotin) Antibody, EC50=0.002833 ug/mL.

Background

ROR1 is encoded by this gene is a receptor protein tyrosine kinase that modulates neurite growth in the central nervous system. It is a type I membrane protein and belongs to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
