Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-POLR1E/PRAF1 antibody NBP3-29931 (lot NBP3-29931-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. POLR1E/PRAF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-POLR1E/PRAF1.. For blotting immunoprecipitated POLR1E/PRAF1, NBP3-29931 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
