Western Blot: PIP5K1C Antibody (PSH01-43) [NBP3-32824] - Western blot analysis of PIP5K1C on different lysates with Rabbit anti-PIP5K1C antibody (NBP3-32824) at 1/1,000 dilution. Lane 1: HeLa cell lysate Lane 2: K-562 cell lysate Lane 3: 293T cell lysate Lane 4: A431 cell lysate Lane 5: SiHa cell lysate Lane 6: A549 cell lysate Lane 7: LoVo cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 ug/Lane. Predicted band size: 73 kDa Observed band size: 87/90 kDa Exposure time: 3 minutes; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (NBP3-32824) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4C overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Background

PIP5K1C encodes a member of the type I phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate 5-kinase family of enzymes. A similar protein in mice is found in synapses and focal adhesion plaques, and binds the FERM domain of talin through its C-terminus. [provided by RefSeq]
