Background
OLFM-L3, also called OLF44, is an approximately 50 kDa secreted scaffolding glycoprotein of the Olfactomedin/Noelin family. It is predominantly expressed in the placenta and early embryo, but at low levels in the adult. In Xenopus it influences dorsoventral patterning during early development by restricting dorsal Chordin activity. Mature mouse OLFM-L3 shares 95% and 97% aa identity with human and mouse OLFM-L3, respectively.
Limitations
This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are
guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt.
