Western Blot: Occludin Antibody (JJ091-08) [NBP2-67902] - Analysis of Occludin on different lysates with Rabbit anti-Occludin antibody at 1/1,000 dilution. Lane 1: MCF-7 cell lysate (10 ug/Lane) Lane 2: Mouse skeletal muscle tissue lysate (20 ug/Lane) Predicted band size: 59 kDa Observed band size: 59 kDa Exposure time: 2 minutes; 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1:300,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Flow Cytometry: Occludin Antibody (JJ091-08) [NBP2-67902] - Analysis of 293 cells with Occludin antibody at 1/50 dilution (red) compared with an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
