Western Blot: NOM1 Antibody [NBP2-76357] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HEK293T, RKO, and K-562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NOM1 antibody NBP2-76357 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: NOM1 Antibody [NBP2-76357] - Detection of human NOM1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NOM1 antibody NBP2-76357 used for IP at 100 ul per reaction. NOM1 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-NOM1 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated NOM1, NBP2-76357 was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
