Western blot shows lysates of mouse liver tissue. Gels were loaded with 12 µg, 6.5 µg, and 3 µg of tissue lysate. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Mouse MMR/CD206 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2535) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for MMR/CD206 at approximately 180 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
MMR/CD206 was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse testis using Goat Anti-Mouse MMR/CD206 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2535) at 5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). MMR/CD206 was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse lung using Goat Anti-Mouse MMR/CD206 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2535) at 25 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: PMS2 Antibody (163C1251) [NB100-56554] - Analysis of formalin fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human colon cancer using PMS2 antibody at 5 ug/ml on a Bond Rx autostainer (Leica Biosystems). The assay involved 20 minutes of heat induced antigen retrieval (HIER) using 10mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) and endogenous peroxidase quenching with peroxide block. The sections were incubated with primary antibody for 30 minutes and Bond Polymer Refine Detection (Leica Biosystems) with DAB was used for signal development followed by counterstaining with hematoxylin. Whole slide scanning and capturing of representative images was performed using Aperio AT2 (Leica Biosystems). Nuclear staining of PMS2 was observed. Staining was performed by Histowiz.

The cells were incubated with anti-p53 Antibody (PAb 240) NB200-103 at 2 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-mouse Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:1000 dilution for 60 minutes. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.
