MAST3 Antibody

Western Blot: MAST3 Antibody [NBP2-37755] - Detection of Human MAST3 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MAST3 antibody used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. MAST3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MAST3 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated MAST3, NBP2-37755 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Background

Microtubule associated serine/threonine kinase 3 or MAST3 is involved with protein phosphorylation. Belonging to the AGC Ser/Thr protein kinase family, MAST3 are cytoskeletal kinases associated with ATP binding, magnesium ion binding, protein binding and protein serine/threonine kinase activity. Popular protein domains for MAST3 include PDZ, protein kinase, AGC-kinase C-terminal domain and domain of unknown function (DUF1908). MAST3 is also known to interact with PTEN, PRKAB2, PRKAA2, CNTNAP4 and YWHAH.
