Background

The protein encoded by the KLHL20 gene is a member of the kelch family of proteins, which is characterized by a 44-56 aminoacid repeat motif. The kelch motif appears in many different polypeptide contexts and contains multiple potentialprotein-protein contact sites. Members of this family are present both throughout the cell and extracellularly, withdiverse activities. (provided by RefSeq)

Calculate the mass, volume, or concentration required for a solution.

The molarity calculator is based on the following equation:

Mass (g) = Concentration (mol/L) x Volume (L) x Molecular Weight (g/mol)

As an example, if the molecular weight of a compound is 197.13 g/mol and the desired concentration is 10 mM for 10 ml of water based stock solution, the required mass would be = 19.713 (value determined by this calculator).
