Background

IL-31 RA, also known as Gp130-Like Monocyte Receptor (GLM-R) and GPL, is a member of the type I cytokine receptors and is closely related to GP-130. The heterodimeric complex of IL-31 RA and OSM-R functions as the signaling receptor for IL-31.
