D3 mouse embryonic stem cell line treated with Retinoic Acid for 3 days was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse Frizzled-1 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB11201A, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (IC006A, open histogram). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-associated Proteins protocol.

NS0 cell line transfected with mouse Frizzled-1 were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse Frizzled‑1 APC‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB11201A, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC006A, open histogram) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113). Background

Members of the Frizzled family of proteins serve as receptors for the Wnt signaling pathway and are involved in a variety of developmental processes. Frizzled proteins each contain a divergent N-terminal signal peptide, a highly conserved extracellular cysteine-rich domain, a variable-length linker region, a seven-pass transmembrane domain, and a variable-length C-terminal tail.
