Background
EPS8L1 a protein that is related to epidermal growth factor receptor pathway substrate 8 (EPS8), a substrate for the epidermal growth factor receptor. The function of this protein is unknown. This gene encodes a protein that is related to epidermal growth factor receptor pathway substrate 8 (EPS8), a substrate for the epidermal growth factor receptor. The function of this protein is unknown. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms exist.

I recently received a lyophilized antibody from your company (EPS8L1 antibody, catalog number NBP1-56689). The previous PBS and 2% sucrose buffer was lyophilized and included with the antibody. Do you recommend any particular way to reconstitute the antibody other than just adding deionized water?
- Here are the reconstitution instructions for our EPS8L1 antibody NBP1-56689: Centrifuge the vial of lyophilized antibody at 12,000 x g for 20 seconds. Add 100ul of distilled water. Vortex followed by centrifuge again to pellet any insoluble material. Final concentration is 1 mg/ml.
