Background

DPPA4 may be involved in the maintenance of active epigenetic status of target genes and may inhibit differentiation of embryonic cells into a primitive ectoderm lineage. Recombinant human DPPA4 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
