DCLK1 Antibody (JA11-03)

Western Blot: DCLK1 Antibody (JA11-03) [NBP2-67029] - Analysis of DCLK1 on SH-SY5Y cell lysates. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/500) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1:200,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Background

DCAMKL1 is a microtubule-associated protein that phosphorylates itself and myelin basic protein (MBP; MIM 159430). DCAMKL1 has microtubule polymerizing activity that is independent of its protein kinase activity (Lin et al., 2000 [PubMed 11124993]).[supplied by OMIM]
