Background

Choline is a direct precursor of acetylcholine (ACh), a neurotransmitter of the central and peripheral nervous system that regulates a variety of autonomic, cognitive, and motor functions. SLC5A7 is a Na(+)- and Cl(-)- dependent high-affinity transporter that mediates the uptake of choline for acetylcholine synthesis in cholinergic neurons.Choline is a direct precursor of acetylcholine (ACh), a neurotransmitter of the central and peripheral nervous system that regulates a variety of autonomic, cognitive, and motor functions.   Rabbit polyclonal CHT1 antibody used for WB at dilution 1:2000 on a panel of pancreatic cell lines - HPnE, BxPC3, Panc1, Pa02C, Pa03C, Pa04C, Pa09C, Pa20C, Pa28C (Figure 1). Antibody also used for WB on BxPC3, Panc1, Pa02C, and Pa04C tumors, and in tissue obtained from normal mouse as well as human pancreas (Figure 4, Figure 5). normal mouse pancreas had undetectable levels of CHT1.
