Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from K-562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: This anti-body was used for IP at 100 ul per reaction. For blotting immunoprecipitated CDCA2, This antibody was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
