Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CaMKI delta antibody NBP3-30397 used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. CaMKI delta was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CaMKI delta., which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CaMKI delta, A302-667A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Background

CAMK1D encodes a member of the Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase 1 subfamily of serine/threonine kinases. The encoded protein may be involved in the regulation of granulocyte function through the chemokine signal transduction pathway. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms of this gene have been described.
