| Application Notes | This A2BP1 Antibody (D8H8) is useful for Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded sections. In Western Blot, a band is seen 50-55 kDa representing A2BP1. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. Recommended applications are based on validated applications from the unconjugated base product NBP2-13169. This conjugated antibody is not kept in inventory and is made to order using validated conjugation protocols. |
