Wnt-7b Antibody

Western Blot: Wnt-7b Antibody [NBP2-15163] - Whole cell extract (30 ug) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Wnt7b antibody diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Western Blot: Wnt-7b Antibody [NBP2-15163] - Non-transfected (-) and Wnt7b-transfected (+, including V5-tag) 293T whole cell extracts (72 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Wnt7b antibody at a dilution of 1:5000. The V5 was used as positive control (1:2500) shown at the bottom panel. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Background

This gene is a member of the WNT gene family, which consists of structurally related genes that encode secreted signaling proteins. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis.
