Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-VASN antibody NBP2-76371 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: Vasorin/SLIT-like 2 Antibody [NBP2-76371] - Detection of human VASN by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Hep-G2 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-VASN antibody NBP2-76371 used for IP at 100 ul per reaction. VASN was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-VASN antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated VASN, NBP2-76371 was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
